Arum says Pacquiao was 100% for Mayweather fight

By Chris Williams: Manny Pacquiao's promoter Bob Arum is saying that Pacquiao went into his fight against Floyd Mayweather Jr. 100 percent healthy despite the fact that Pacquiao re-injured his rotator
